Laurence Dureau was born on May 3rd, 1962, in Saumur (France).
She’s a painter, a sculptor (a sculptress) and gives art lessons.
She’s listed on Art Price Mondial Action/Drouot/Akoun

To fully celebrate life, it is sometimes necessary to get rid of what is left unsaid.

When I work, I like to listen to music (either meaningful … or disco, according to my mood).

With oil painting, I’m just feelings- desire- beauty.
With sculpture, I’m more of a philosopher. I start and my inner self takes over.
With watercolour, everything is softness. My eyes are those of the world.

Art makes me forge ahead.

I survive with self-mockery,
I surf on eclecticism with pleasure
And my resurgence transcends my sufferings into a positive energy.
My sole religion is love for mankind, we all have our cross to bear!

Teaching becomes an act of love
To create passions, to lift minds up, to share unexpected joys is a reason to be –my very mission here below.
